This is one of my favorite recipes. The combination of coconut milk and cocoa is great for the day when the ant is attacked. This recipe is delicious and offers a good dose of antioxidant and satisfies the will of the candy with balance, without causing blood sugar spikes! Here I talk a little more about ingredients that I like to include in my smoothies and their benefits.

Ingredients (prefer organic ingredients)
- 1 cup coconut milk (or coconut ice + water)
- 2 tablespoons of tahini paste
- 1 tablespoon natural cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of Peruvian litter
- 1/2 cup unflavored and frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 scoop of chocolate-flavored vegetable protein powder (use this or this) e/or 1/2 banana for palates plus sweets
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender, process until smooth texture.
