Goji Berry is considered a superfood because it stands out with its high concentration of antioxidants in such small berries. It has the origin of the mountainous regions of the Himalayas and has been used for thousands of years in Chinese and Tibetan medicine. It is one of the richest fruits in vitamin C, it has a good source of vitamin A and fiber, in addition to phytochemicals. I use this fruit in a weekly routine, either as a snack or to add more nutrients to my salads or my oatmeal in the morning.
