I know that many still find it difficult to appreciate a more bitter chocolate, but I promise that everything is a matter of taste. Any change we make, whether in food, or in any other aspect of our lives, at first we find it strange and tend to dislike it, but suddenly we find ourselves used to it and even enjoying the effects or the new paths we choose, right? The same goes for chocolates!
