of Life Inspiration Series | Be happy in your work with Natascha da I Yoga You

Continuing the series Be happy in your work, today with my dear friend Natascha, who is a super inspiration for life and is always putting on a yoga show in the her instagram And, for those who are in Florianópolis (SC), in person too! Natascha is a Yoga teacher, founder of I Yoga You, a mobile school where she promotes thousands of events, teacher training and many other good things! She also changed direction and found herself in yoga, just as the marina met with the beauty of the day (See Marina’s interview here).

I always talk to my clients about their professional part and how satisfied they are or not with what they do. It may not seem important, but what we do about life in professional activity can directly affect our physical and mental health that are directly connected. I’m not saying that your profession should be something super important in your life or success. Far from it! Just suggesting that professional dissatisfaction can be one of the biggest sources of stress or frustration and it’s nice to know that we can change that.

The most important thing is to always be true to ourselves and go after what we believe to be our “call”. Some people manage to radically change their work while others prefer to make a slower transition, working parallel in different careers until they migrate 100% to what they like. each in their own time. There is no right age or a right profession, right?

Natascha told me how it was discovered professionally through yoga and I was super inspired by her words! Hope you like it and get inspired too!

  1. Tell me a little about yourself and what led you to follow this profession. Share some experience that you find interesting (travels, courses, etc)!

My name is Natascha and I am 31 years old. I’m from São Paulo but I currently live in Florianópolis. At 18 I moved to Hawaii. I stayed there until I was 25 when I received my degree in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University. I did an internship and worked for a while in some places. Nothing really made my heart vibrate, but with all the demand for a conventional life I ended up believing that it was everything. But deep down I felt that something was missing. I felt there was more… I just needed to find it! I decided to sign up for a one-month hot yoga teacher training in Maui in Hawaii. My last attempt before I returned to Brazil. And isn’t it that in 30 days of course I discovered what I didn’t learn in five years of college?

  1. What motivated you to change your profession?

You have to love what you do and you have to be excited about your destiny. Above all, it is necessary to establish a purpose. but not any purpose. a noble purpose. We need to feel alive. That’s what the world needs. people who feel alive and thus can distribute light. When purpose is noble everything takes on a magical proportion. So I followed my heart. I made Yoga my career. And it all helped me out! Shedding light is definitely what makes me see light. Go back and forth! And hearing things like… \”That was all I needed\” made me believe and persist.

The financial return may not be based on the accumulation of goods, but based on something that transcends the entire material world. After all, we don’t take anything when we leave! I decided to accumulate experiences, moments, love, light and people who are on the path of good and from those who learn so much every day. positive exchange. always. Everything became so magical when I delivered and I believed that today my mission has become even broader.

  1. What is your biggest goal and how can this impact your and other people’s lives?

Iyogayou, our name, offers courses, yoga classes, workshops and yogatrips. Our main focus is the intensive training course in yoga. For a long time I mentalized with all my strength that what I really wanted was to multiply yoga. I wanted the whole world to feel like I feel when I practice. Whenever you really want something, this something finds a way to get to you. We were accepted by the Yoga Alliance and when we realized we were not only distributing light, but training more people who seek this spiritual satiety and support our same intentions. Result: we are in our fifth teacher training and already with more than 20 yoga teachers trained by us. Each of these 20 teachers has probably already spread yoga to at least 20 others. Seeing this ideal spreading leaves me speechless that can describe how honored I am to be a channel. a channel of light.

  1. What tips would you give to those who have doubts about the activity you carry out today and think about a change?

How do you contribute to the world? What makes your heart vibrate? Find something that makes you wake up every day with even more desire to live. Find a job that through pleasure may gain another name, mission! Nothing is easy and the universe tests us several times to see if this is what we want and if we are ready. Persist! Stand firm in your truth. And nothing will get in your way! You are the one who has to believe no one else! Yoga is life! namaste
