6 Coconut Bread ingredients

english version? Click here!  I’ve always liked bread and since I took almost all the industrialized from my routine, I started to test several recipes for homemade breads. This recipe is very low in carbohydrates and rich in proteins and fats, since I only used coconut flour and eggs as a base. Coconut flour can be more complicated to use because it tends to dry out the dough quickly. The tip here is to use a sieve when including the flour and include it last in the recipe. Another tip is not to take too long to pass the dough to the bread shape to prevent it from drying out. I used branded coconut flour crazy nuts Which, by the way, I thought it was wonderful! Recipe

Ingredientes:

  • 6 eggs (preferably organic)
  • 1/4 cup. of melted coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup. of coconut flour
  • 1/2  sea salt tea tsp
  • 1 tablespoon coconut or honey nectar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (use without aluminum)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C
  2. Leave the ready-made bread mold greased with oil or parchment paper
  3. Mix eggs, oil and coconut nectar in a large bowl and mix well.
  4. Include coconut flour using a sieve and baking powder
  5. Mix well and transfer to the bread form (don’t take too long in this process to prevent the dough from drying out)
  6. Place the dough in the mold and inside the oven for 45 minutes.
  7. Optional to include coconut chips over the dough, just remove the dough from the oven after 15 minutes, sprinkle the chips on top and put it back in the oven!

This recipe is super easy to make, low carb, nut free, gluten free (as usual), and super high in fats and proteins. It tastes so good and can be super satisfying due to its ingredients. I Highly recommend using good quality eggs, such as organic and pastured raised eggs. Can be a great option for snack, breakfast, or whenever you feel like eating it! i used this bread pan and this recipe was adapted from nobread.

ingredients:

6 Eggs (Preferably Organic & Pasture Raised)
1/4 cup. Melted Coconut Oil
3/4 cup. coconut flour
1/2 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Nectar or Honey
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder (aluminium free)

instructions:

  1. preheat the oven to 350f or 180c
  2. Prepare Your Bread Pan Coated with Oil or Prachment Paper.
  3. Combine Eggs, Coconut Oil and Coconut Nectar in A Large Bowl and Mix It Well
  4. Include the Coconut Flour and Baking Powder into the Wet Dough Using a Sieve.
  5. With a Wooden Spoon or a Spatula, Stir It Well and Transfer to the Bread Form
  6. Place the daughter in the bread and inside the oven for 45 minutes.
  7. Optional to include Coconut Chips on top of the dough! Just removes the daughter from the oven after 15 minutes, sprinkle Coconut Chips on top and put it back in the oven.
