This recipe is delicious and is a little bit of my traditional recipes with coconut milk and/or almonds. Goat’s milk can be a good option if you have difficulty digesting milk and cow dairy products. Goat-derived products can be lighter in our digestion, have less lactose and a protein profile with less allergy potential (so less inflammation). They still offer zinc, selenium and TCM (those fats that can be absorbed quickly to increase our energy, in addition to the benefits for the intestine and heart). But, each one has a digestion and a level of tolerance of its own in relation to dairy products in general! So just a tip!
The taste of goat-derived products is stronger, but nothing like opening our palate to new flavors, so much changes when we do it!
