Mint Lime Smoothie

english version? Click here!

I like to start my day following some small habits I’ve created over time. And most days, that means preparing a beautiful smoothie in the morning. I really like to maintain a morning ritual and I even made a post here To explain a little more about this subject and the benefits.

What fascinates me about smoothies is that they are practical to make, it is possible to add different ingredients. functional And they are delicious! Many people find it difficult to consume certain foods, and adding them to smoothies is a great way to get acquainted with them! With practice, it gets easier and easier to create new recipes and flavors according to your will on the day. I try to use foods that will somehow help me throughout the day (anti-inflammatory foods, antioxidants and an extra fiber source).

This recipe is great for the summer, the combination of lemon and mint is very refreshing and one of my favorites. Not to mention that these small leaves help a lot to maintain the health of our digestive system.
