Whenever I make a recipe, I try to make it as appetizing as possible! The act of eating and preparing meals should be pleasurable. From the moment we create small routines in our kitchen, this becomes much easier and more enjoyable to follow and the effects for our health and well-being appear quickly! Repetition generates habit, just as practice leads to \”perfection\”.
I always try to combine my smoothies with crockery or glasses that value food even more. When we look at a dish that awakens us to eat, our brain already understands this sign and begins to produce enzymes that play a fundamental role in our digestion (source).
