I love this recipe, especially when I’m inspired to raise my coffee in the energy sense!  Here at home the coffee ritual is taken seriously. We always buy organic coffee and \”fair trade\”, which is a certificate here in the United States that guarantees that the employees involved in the production had their rights met and fair payment for the service provided.  This certification also ensures that there was no involvement of child labor and there is encouragement to a more sustainable production. The same goes for chocolate or cocoa production in general, scenarios where slave labor was (unfortunately still is) very common. I buy what I support as much as I can.
going back to coffee… I’m also in the habit of grinding the beans on the spot with a grinder (min), but of course buying powdered coffee is also delicious. Coconut oil can work as an excellent source of TCM, since about  62-65% of its triglycerides are medium chain, but it is necessary to take some precautions when opting for a brand, since some use solvents to filter the oil. The main difference between coconut oil and a TCM concentrate oil concerns the proportion and variation of TCM in its composition. in Brazil, that It can be an excellent source of TCM fat.
