When I get it right in a recipe, I immediately make a point of sharing it with you! The bread is part of the habit and memory of most of us and lately it has been harshly sacrificed! I believe that excluding foods that bring us pleasure and satisfaction will never be the way to a healthy and sustainable life, my suggestion is always to seek the best alternative within our possibilities! With that, I always try to innovate and test recipes from nutritionally dense ingredients that, in addition to feeding me, will also nourish my body! This recipe worked out super well and you can easily reproduce it at home!

- 3 tablespoons of avocado oil (or coconut or olive oil)
Optional: Pinch of tarragon, fresh rosemary and Peruvian maca
Instructions:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl mix the water and oil. Pour the liquid mixture with the drought and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 180C or 350F.
- In a greased shape with coconut oil or parchment paper, place the dough and squeeze well with your hands! I use a small shape to make the bread taller.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Then remove the bread and turn to bake the bottom for another 15 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool to cut and store the slices in the freezer to last longer!
