How about putting aside this idea that tofu is boring and tasteless? – There’s nothing like that! Nothing that some spices and some tricks when preparing don’t make a difference!
Tofu is one of the most traditional and spoken sources of vegetable protein. At the time of purchase, I think it is very important to prioritize an organic option to prevent it from being genetically modified soy, thereby minimizing the chances of allergic processes and sensitivities..
That said, it is a very practical and versatile option to include in our daily lives and the amount of protein in its composition is quite significant. 3.5g of carbohydrate, with 2.9g of dietary fiber.
Now let’s go to the recipe?

Recipe
Ingredientes:
- Ingredientes extras e opcionais: nutritional yeast, cominho, tomilho)
Instructions:
- Aproveite
