Do you feel frustrated/lost in the kitchen? Or waste a lot of time and $ with ready-to-eat food or things that spoil? I already felt so much. When I moved to California (6 years ago) I didn’t know how to do almost anything! I started having to turn around and do food prep because I didn’t want to eat in restaurants or ready-made things, since money was short and I wanted to keep my health and energy on top!
I see many clients in this limiting belief that cooking takes work or that they are not good in the kitchen. Many times because they have tried to cook and made many complicated recipes, spending more than 3 hours in the kitchen. or because they did not organize themselves properly on the way between making the market list – buy – prepare – use.
Remember that the real chaos in health was the entry of industrialized people and a more stressful life and the distance of people with the preparation of food or things that make us more focused. That’s why I insist a lot on Food Prep, getting your hands dirty makes all the difference! Food Prep makes me very focused, I start the week satisfied and with the feeling of one less thing for me to worry about. With personal practice time and serving more than 1000 women around the world, I developed tips and practices to make this process more fun and

Essential Tips | Final Ringtones Food Prep
Salva! Vale ler o Guia de Congelados no blog.
