A tasty and refreshing recipe for hot days or for everyone else too!! 🙂
Ingredients such as roots usually have an energy to connect us more with the earth and thus keep us more centered. Beets and carrots play this role in this recipe, in addition to being a beautiful combo for the skin! Here I made a complete post dedicated to carrots, worth reading!

Recipe

Ingredientes:
  • 1/2 cup organic frozen strawberry,
  • 1/4 raw beet (30g)
  • 1 handful of carrots (50g)
  • Fresh ginger to taste
  • juice of 1 lemon (can include with the skin if it is organic and has a high speed blender),
  • 1 scoop of vegetable protein (if you opt without protein, include a few drops of pure stevia)
  • 3/4 cup of coconut milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
  • If you want it sweeter: add 1 frozen banana!
Instructions:
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, always putting the liquids first! 
  2. Add your favorite toppings! Suggestion: Coconut Chips and Bee Pollen.

Replenishing smoothie because this summer has been so 🔥🔥. Good for your skin, blood circulation and it tastes amazing! I have been craving this combo a lot! It’s refreshing and a mix of Earthy/Citrus Taste, with lots of enzymes, antioxidants and all the good stuff!

ingredients: 
  • 1/4 Medium Raw Beets (30g)
  • 1/2 Frozen Organic Strawberries Cup
  • Piece of Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 cup cars (50g)
  • Lime Juice (1 Lime)
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 scoop plant based protein powder
  • Dash of Cinnamon and Nutmeg to Taste.
instructions:
  1. Blend it all with ice cubes or use the ingredients frozen.

  2. Add your favorite toppings. Suggestion: Coconut Chips and Bee Pollen. 
  3. Enjoy!
