I took advantage of the end of the year parties to test new recipes and this one is undoubtedly worth sharing! It was the biggest hit here at home and among my guests! It is possible to make healthy choices even when preparing a dessert, by the way, especially at this time! This recipe, for example, has several powerful ingredients: cocoa, almonds, 70% chocolate and tahini! Tahini is a folder made from the sesame, which presents an excellent nutritional profile! It is a great source of good fats (guarantees satiety), as well as being a source of some essential amino acids. Not to mention that sesame seeds have more protein, calcium, iron and Phytosterols (help to reduce bad cholesterol – LDL) if compared to other seeds and oilseeds. For these reasons and for the taste, I like to include it in my recipes!
