This recipe couldn’t be easier! 4 ingredients, don’t go in the oven and are super easy to find ingredients! A good recipe to make with the children, especially if they get their hands dirty!! I love cookies and I think it’s super therapeutic to prepare them. I usually do and distribute among friends, in addition to saving some for my house, of course. Most of the cookies we find in stores and markets are full of preservatives and ingredients that are not always cool for our body, so how about trying this recipe and having it up your sleeve if you want to prepare something different?

Ingredientes:
- 4 cups of gluten-free oatmeal – can replace with quinoa or wheat flakes (option United States of America).
- 2 cups of chocolate peanut paste – can be replaced with any other oilseed or seed paste (option United States of America).
- 3/4 cup of honey, molasses or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, pour the oatmeal and set aside.
- In the microwave or stove, combine the peanut paste, maple syrup and chocolate. Mix until it melts and forms a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the bowl with the oatmeal and mix until the ingredients are combined. Using your hands, form small balls and place them in a greased shape or lined with parchment paper. After all the balls are made, press them lightly to become a cookie shape and take them to the fridge until they are firm.

- 4 cups gluten free rolled oats (Can use quinoa or buckwheat flakes)
- 2 cups Peanut Butter chocolate or any nut or seed spread of choice
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 Cup High Quality Cacao Powder
instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, add your gluten-free rolled oats and set aside.
- in a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, add your chocolate Peanut Butter and Pure Maple Syrup and Melt until Combined.
- pour the wet mixture with the oats and mix until combined. Using your hands, form small balls and place on a lined plate or Tray with parchment paper. once all the balls are placed, press each one into a cookie shape and refrigerate until firm.
