A recipe with simple, nutritious ingredients that, in addition to nourishing our body, gives that hug so delicious! Our food desires can be related to affective childhood memories, life stages, stress, seasons and so on! Our desires and desires can also represent a way for our body to signal that something is not 100%.
Our organisms are very intelligent machines and will always walk in search of balance and repair! That’s why I say that our “cravings” are often linked to physiological and energetic imbalances in the body. As if our body was signaling us what he needs: if he is lacking in iron, he beats beans or meat; If you are experiencing a lot of stress that contracts our energy fields, you will look for more expansive foods that relax such as Cocholate, alcoholic drinks, etc. If you are lacking carbohydrate or minerals in the diet, it increases the desire for sweets. And so on!
That’s why developing a relationship of awareness and trust with the signs that your body brings you is so important! In addition to looking for more activities that bring us balance as a whole so that food is not our only source of balance!
Now let’s go to the recipe?
