english version? Click here! This recipe is one of those very easy to make, saves a lot in the will to sweet and is super nutritious. I use supper a lot or if I want something sweet in the afternoon. Those who follow me on social media know that I promote the consumption of vegetable fats, of course, in a conscious way, since any food in excess can cause imbalances in our health.
The presence of fats in meals helps us to absorb vitamins that are fat-soluble such as vitamin A, D, E and K. That is, these vitamins depend on the presence of fats to be properly absorbed by our body. Fat-soluble vitamins play a key role in the health of our hormonal, bone system, maintaining healthy skin and preventing thousands of diseases.
What I want to inform you here is that the presence of fat in salads, fruits and meals in general is an interesting alternative to optimize your health. Remember that everyone has a different organism and my intention is just to provide knowledge, but it is always interesting to seek help from a professional for something individualized, especially if you have some health imbalance.
