This recipe comes with an ingredient that I really like: these yellow granules (pollen) are considered superfoods because they carry many nutrients in small amounts. Source of amino acids, antioxidants, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals! It can be interesting for PMS, liver health, allergies, sports performance and anti-aging. Anyone who is allergic to pollen can have a reaction, so be careful in consumption. The ideal is to consume small doses of this ingredient, about a coffee spoon or tea such as topping in smoothies, oatmeal porridges, pancakes, etc. You can find in stores of natural products or organic fairs (Farmers Market).
