The reality is that no matter how much practice and experience we have in the kitchen, recipes often don’t work and the important thing, in addition to laughing, is to improvise! This recipe, for example, was supposed to be Energy Balls and became a cookie because it didn’t make the right league, but it was delicious anyway, so I’m sharing it with you!

I strongly believe in the power to create routines and rituals and the habit of preparing our own food brings numerous benefits to our well-being and health. when we can incorporate good habits In our routine everything flows in a lighter and more pleasant way. I always have some sweets in the freezer and this became my favorite supper with hot chocolate! Now on to the most interesting part, the recipe!

Recipe

Ingredientes:

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter (not oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Peruvian maca (super optional but I love the flavor)
  • 3 tablespoon of coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 scoop of vegetable protein (use this or this)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 85% cocoa drops on top.

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a processor and beat until texture is homogeneous.
  2. With the help of two spoons form small balls and place on parchment paper.
  3. Put the drops of cuttlefish and take it to the freezer for a few hours and that’s it!!
  4. Store in the freezer! melt in your mouth!

Raw Peanut & Coconut Cookies

This recipe was actually supposed to be energy balls, but.. due to the consistency it turned out a raw cookie! guess what? I’m obsessed about it! We always have to remember that it’s ok to mess up with reccipes, just laugh and improvise that everything will be fine!

ingredients:

  1. 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  2. 1/4 cup Coconut Butter (Slightly Melted)
  3. 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
  4. 1 Teaspoon Maca Powder (Optional)
  5. 1 1/2 scoop plant-based protein (I use this or this one)
  6. 85% Dark Chocolate Chips 

instructions:

  1. put all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Use Two Spoons to Form Small Balls and Set them in a Parchment Paper.
  3. add chocolate chips on top! freeze it for at least 1 hour and that’s it!
  4. enjoy and store it inside your freezer, it will melt in your mouth
