Another banana cake recipe that is worth sharing and tried! And the maximum point of this recipe, in addition to the incredible result, is the practicality of preparation (and tidying)! The result is a very tasty cake, fluffy dough that reminds a little of the texture of a banana pie and is delicious to accompany a coffee or tea.. 

Remember that I used very ripe bananas, so if your bananas are not ripe, taste the dough and adjust the sugar!!

Recipe

Ingredientes: 

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (or flaxegg – soak: 1 tbsp of flaxseed for 3 tbsp of water)
  • 3 tablespoons of oil (I used avocado)
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (adjust if your bananas are not very ripe)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cup of vegetable milk
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour ⁣
  • 1 1/2 cup oat flakes
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
    Optional: Dark chocolate on top! ⁣⁣ 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C or 350F.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in the blender (banana, oil, milk, egg) and dry ingredients in a bowl!
  3. Then join the two and place in a rectangular shape covered in parchment paper or greased with oil.
  4. Leave it in the oven for 60 minutes at 80 minutes! Enjoy! ⁣

  • 3 Medium Ripe Bananas ⁣
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Whole Egg (Or Sub 1 Chia or Flax Egg)
  • 3 Tablespoons Avocado ⁣Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Coconut Sugar (Or any sugar of your choice)
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Dairy-Free Milk⁣
  • 1 1/4 Almond Meal Cup
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Flour ⁣

instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven at 350f.
  2. Blend Wet Ingredients (Banana, Oil, Egg, Milk).
  3. In a separate bowl combine all the dried ingredients in a bowl and stir it well.
  4. pour wet mixture into the dried one and Stir it again.
  5. Place the daughter in a rectangular baking dish and bake it for 60 min or so!
    *Optional to add Dark Chocolate on top of the cake like I Did!
